Delete your account

To permanently delete your The BeautyBell account from within the app:

• Open the app and sign in
• Go to Profile → Settings → Account
• Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps

If you can’t access the app, email us at [email protected] with the subject Account Deletion Request.

What will be deleted? Your profile and authentication data, preferences, saved addresses, device tokens, and uploaded media. What may be retained? Certain booking and payment records that we’re required to keep for legal, tax, or fraud‑prevention purposes (typically up to 5 years). Once these obligations end, remaining data is deleted securely.
